On the first mission while walking with eerie you have to stay silent then you have to unite the factions by talking to the owner of the red district rather than blowing up one of the factions. (or you can pick one or the other for Maddox or eerie I'm not sure though as I didn't test that)

You can actually talk with her with missions no need to stay silent. (As far as I know cuz I've tried every outcomes for her lmao) But in order to progress the intimacy with her, once you get the quest with killing the man. Don't ask anything. Just straight up murder the man she's asking you to kill.

 ⚠️SPOILER ALERT⚠️

She will then explain that it was her father then give you an "extra reward" after that you can then make your choice whether to bomb the walkers or make them have a peace treaty. Then you can talk to her after and can have sexual intercourse with her.
