No, I'm sorry, there are no cheats. I recommend equipping each version of Manila. In the game, every outfit must be equipped. Try to complete all the quests to gain as much experience as possible.
Also note, cheat engine doesnt work. AND multiple fights dont matter at all, you win and you still lose. Its railroading on an epic scale.
