its not official, some random creator published this , the origional creator of the game 'd.vloper' only released 3 chapters of the game
i know that. im asking why this one is called 5. like if youre making a fangame of a game w 3 chapters why not call it 4?

Cuz he made Granny 4 (on a very early stage of development) but he changed his mind with the location and enemies and abandoned Granny 4 and started Granny 5. I think Granny 4 is still downloadable but in apk.
