Dumb suggestions (Revised from an older comment since no one answered that): Male Lewdroids? Also maybe have the option before starting the game to make the protagonist act and look more robotic? (It's probably natural given he was born from an Android)

why would he look more robotic if he was born from an android? Are you suggesting he’s born with a processor for a brain or metal grows with him? Don’t get me wrong male lewdroids sounds interesting but I see that as a milestone thing like “X number of sales!” or just a completely different game. Maybe on steam there will be a workshop and there will be the mods you are looking for.
1. Good point, but he should atleast look a little bit android-like (Sorry if I confused you), like give him a bit of a plastic look (with the noticeable balls for joints) and a bit of a less natural behavior.
