i "Think" Rape or noncon content will NOT make it to the game, i believe there was a message by Rali saying that rape wont be added. 
The next update, whenever that happens it is overdue, BUT making headway, will have fluid mechanics. So you should or might get the cum part. 

Anything else im not sure when, but probably planned.
