I found out that this happens when you buy the HyperPerformer in the Mall. I started a new game without buying it and now I see the normal scenes in the camera. I think you need to take a look through the files.
Go to AppData folder , then to Local and then search for the Temp folder and erase the .ses inside , that would make the cameras works normal again , probably you should do this everytime you fuck Sheila.
