I'm on windows 11 too and if i go back to title the sound get a lot louder like i crank the volume by a lot.

If the build number is show in the upper left corner it the 0.9.3602.45. I check the audio before and after it in the middle when i start the game but once i get back to title screen but will go to the far right.

Does this happen to the background audio or the sound effect audio or both? The config.ini file should also contain the current information on the volume of background audio and sfx sounds. Could you please check them and see if they're recorded correctly?

this is also happening to me, I'm on w10 with the latest build and anytime I open the game, the audio crashes creating the most awful earrape I could ever suffer, at the beggining it was just a bit louder, but everytime I reopen the game, the music gets louder. Luckily by just entering the sound menu it fixes, but I always get scared when I open it. I could record a video and upload it to see if you could know what's happening...
Besides this, the game is incredible and I'm enjoying it a lot!
