No problem.
As for the switching inputs thing, I was playing with a controller and all the buttons on the UI were showing the controller buttons. Then the freeze happened and since the game was full screened I had to ALT+Tab in order to switch windows so I could close the game but I noticed that when I pressed ALT on the keyboard the UI changed to the mouse and keyboard buttons, and doing anything with the controller caused the UI to switch back again. So while it "freezes" in the sense you cant move or access menus something is still working properly.
