Amelia no longer is part of hololive so she basically doesnt exist any more. I highly doubt she will be involved.
Who else would the implied one more be? This was started before she stopped streaming with Hololive as well.
I think there is no other possibility. If the character is taken from Hololive Myth, the last one can only be Amelia Watson.
