Nice game. Simple but works fine. Although... the gameplay loop might be too simple though? I'm not sure if there are any changes after you play for a while, but I only got to around 3 minutes after 3 or 4 tries. The problem with this is that every loop of the item falling felt the same. It feels like everything is all randomized. At least for me, I haven't noticed any change in difficulty. Difficulty wise, it doesn't feel challenging enough to make me want to break my record when you feel the exact same throughout a single run, your time just goes up. I also have a problem with how the items are introduced. To know which item does what, you have to open the tutorial. I'd say having some sort of visual indicator showing what the effect of each item is, so the player can choose what to eat easily rather than having to remember all of it. This could be like a small icon alongside the item, for example.
(Little bug report, the player can slide the diet bar, doesn't affect the gameplay since it set to the correct number every frame but that's a thing)
