Hi, thanks for reaching out. We followed itch.io's instructions on how to post a new update, and it seems it must have made a mistake. It's not supposed to add any charges. We'll fix this issue right away.
I was able to download it again, the link showed it as the updated version but i forgot it was only a touch up update as you said so ill assume its the most recent game.
