I was wondering what the maximum amount of people I could move into my manor is and who are they, as I just started act 3 but i still have a save back in act 2 so I wanted to get everyone I can, also do i upgrade every building all the way before I start act 3 or not? Any other tips would be helpful too thanks in advance.

I am not sure if this is all but I have 4 people in west wing, 5 in east human wing and 2 in east fey wing.

Some upgrades are definitely skippable for act 3. But there are a few missable women encounters around properties so I would encourage you to explore.

ok but who are the 5 in the east human wing, because the only one i got before chapter 3 was molly and im a litlle worried im gonna have to go very far back

I tried to keep it spoiler free on the first comment.

4 females you can get to move in are all from the Jessica's quest when you 'help' to convince them to sell. All are missable depending on your choices during the quest and later interactions.
