I bought the game again, thinking that there was an update to the game. What can we do about this? Do I have a chance to get my money back? I have the game installed, so I bought it before.

there is an update coming it’s just slightly delayed. you didn’t need to pay again as you will get the update if you have already paid. i don’t know what itch refund policy is like (if there even is one) but if not then just issue a charge back on your bank app and say you don’t recognise the payment yada yada.
