This is so very strange, cause that's a problem I know of but I couldn't solve, but I was able to respawn the wines by just closing and restarting exe, and I got full collection when i test played. I just downloaded the English version and played again and it's still like that! if you can't solve it then maybe you can try redownload the game and replace the save file in resources with your save?
