The android version says "App not installed" pls help

Hello, sorry to hear that. Can you tell me what model is your device?

I can imagine 2 situations for the error:

1- corrupted download, maybe deleting and downloading again will fix;

2- your phone need permission to install file from unkown sources, you can check on: Settings → Security → Unknown Sources. Then you can enable there.

If the problem persist, please let know.

Im using a Galaxy S5 Neo and i have permissions granted, i will try re-downloading it tho, if it doesnt work i'll reply again, thanks anyway

Hello, did you got any luck?

After some search we found out that could be a conflit with the android version. So because of that we did 2 releases for android. We hope this solve the issue. Please let me know later.
