I always used the keyboard, and even using Alt+Tab it still didn't work.
Try changing the contents of the %LocalAppData%/Cupibun/options.ini file as follows:[Display]Mode="0"ScreenScale="2"Stretch="0"Save the file and launch the game.The game will start in windowed mode. Maybe it will help.
