I have all the horses aside from the green one, is it just find pets or am I reading it wrong?
I can't be sure without looking at your account, but if you're looking to get the 100% completion ending, you'd need to make sure all of the completion bars in the profile window are full. So that includes things like horses, pets, titles etc.
