If you cannot do that, do your best to not communicate with ANYBODY and just watch what is there. Content like this is very harmful for a developing brain like yours. Plus you should not be talking about subjects like this online with adults as they can take advantage of you. Likely you will not realize what they have done until you are much older but it can very much ruin some aspects of life. Be safe and try to do more healthy things for your mind, make some friends go outside and avoid content like this whenever you can.
