you deleted the old version before installing the latest? That was your mistake. i don't know if theres anything you can do about that. You should've installed the new one. Loaded the saves. and then deleted the old version. or at least thats how most itch games work. i dont know about this one though yet im currently downloading it for myself:)

maybe you can find the saved file in your “my documents”. If not，i’m sorry you need to play it totally again. Or ask your frind for the old saved file.
