I’m having the same issue too I completed all the other task and now I’m stuck saying what is Maxine doing at night in the dorm and it doesn’t trigger >< 

I figured it out you got to make sure you do Amy and Cassandra. Punishment  even though it says no level changes just click it anyways and it will progress the story !! Hope this helps
