I got the same problem with the missing hearts. Usually I turn of my Firewall program before I run your game but this time I forgot and once it gets a whiff of your game it messes it up even if I tag it as safe in the options.
Maybe giving an option to spam the space key instead of clicking the hearts would be a good idea. At least for PC. Oh, and the option to exit a sex scene.
It's annoying having to close the game via alt+F4 just for the sake of testing.
