It looks like the map for the Temple of Emmental Evil might be numbered incorrectly. Is there any collection of errata for this module?

Where can I find the newest version of the pdf copy of this megadungeon? I purchased it on Kickstarter. I have 1.0 and .99.9, but I can't find a new version of the pdf where these map mistakes were corrected.
