Sorry for late reply, yeah, Carol has 2 flame variations(on every level of the flame). First is Ethan, second one is Ashley. You need to go to the backroom of the store to change them. IIRC it's avaliable in the evening. Clothes part is just a convo, at least for now.
Nothing you can do with Susan besides talking in this version, she'll have an event soon though.
