Not pale gray-greenish. It detracts from the immersion of the story. In absolutely 0 conditions will the skin ever appear green unless there is a green screen that is rebounding light onto you. Because from the sounds of it it seems you chose it because you don’t really know how the skin would be if a person remains away from the sun for long and if it was an artistic choice that would have been your only reply.
