Stuck on Innkeeper petition signature. Can't advance quest, no option to build house. Have gotten all other signatures. What am I missing to trigger quest? Did arm wrestling already, beat him.
go in the bar at different times, there comes a mission out of nowhere, thats sends you to the innkeepers old house.
