its free to use only add his credits and you will be fine to use it
Do you know if Caseoh is part of Glowstick Entertainment? Because if not then it's still stealing a character model from Dark Deception and you could get sued for using it without permission I'm sure. It's kind of off-putting when someone sees another developer's character model in a game not associated with the original developer's games.
