It's an .EXE file which is suspicious and very dangerous to run. Good thing I scanned the application online.
My suggestion is the dev should switch engine, either Godot, Unity, GameMaker etc. IDK what engine you use but it has virus
Thanks for sharing, there is nothing malicious in the file that I assure you, they are just false positives. An engine that it uses apparently generates malicious files. If you run Windows antivirus you will see that nothing is accused.
