Hello Bellz12. Please try downloading demo without Itch application (just direct download from browser). And unpacking it with 7Zip or latest winrar.
Itch app was reported to have issues with file downloading, and windows integrated unpacking tool was reported breakign game files.
So try "normal" download and some good packing tool and you should be fine.
