This game is objectively bad, but it made a good job at tricking me that it isn't.
You just get cards, and you use them. If you have the right cards, you can progress, if not, you have to wait a turn or a few. No skill, just RNG and thoughtless clicking.
Also card storage and management is not very good, it's rather slow to use and annoying.
The strategy also lies in the building order (or ignoring buildings at all). Also, the problem of "fixing" happiness is absolutely non-trivial - if you want the best solution. I can tell this, because I even wrote a script to calculate the perfect solution. You would be surprised how complex this script is and what solutions you don't see. With this I did easy in 81 turns, normal in 96 and impossible in 145.
Completely disagree about there being "no skill" in this game. The entire strategy part of this game is managing your deck and when you are reshuffling into your draw pile.
Yes, like any other card game, you get screwed by bad draws. But the mechanic of adding cards after constructing something means you have more control over how bad your draw pile is and when you cycle discarded cards back into your hand.
