Ok, this nails the theme in a lot of ways! I like how the dialog stretches clown references to their limit - this game features and explores famous clowns, clown types, clown costumes and clown puns. The tone of the game is played very sincerely and I think that definitely adds to its humour and charm.
The art is pretty good too - I like how the ordinary interior stock photos have been 'clowned up' and the character art is really polished and adorable! I also like how there's some ambiguity/choice re. gender so you can be whatever clown you wanna be. The characters have lots of art making their interactions very well illustrated and the choice of two 'options' made replaying this a must for me. My favourite clown is Himbo though :oD
It's clear a lot of effort was put into making this game and it really seems like you had fun writing the lines for this. For a jam game it feels like a very complete, polished experience, and the writing was genuinely funny!
