Very fun! I think a lot could be done with levels in terms of pathing, being blocked from certain bits of food depending on size is very clever. I like that you have to learn a "optimal route".

I like that the resource for completing the level is the same as buying upgrades, but at first it wasn't clear how I could buy upgrades or what I needed.  I think "you'll lose the spend value" is supposed to indicate this, could possibly be worded better.

Overall great job, solid level design that made me think about what food I pickup first.

Thanks for your feedback, we ajusted the game description! Yea we didn't have time to add tips and notes in the game to help the player. We rushed through the last few hours to keep it within 48 hours.
