A harmless Stand that represents a mobile phone.
The appearance can be described as a gold Nokia 208.
It's ability allows the user to call someone who died.
In order to make a call, the user must enter the following number:
AABBCCCCDD
AA - Day of target's birth
BB - Month of target's birth
CCCC - Year of target's birth
DD - Target's age when they died
The user must also look at one of the things which belonged to target while talking (clothes or photo of target for example).
The target will hear the user's voice inside their head as soon as the user makes the call. The target only hears the user's voice.
If the user blinks, the call will be dropped.

After being stabbed with The Arrow:
- Stand's appearance changes to Gold Nokia 6300.
- With Love From Heaven gains an ability to bring the dead back to life. To do that, the user must make the target cry in tears of joy while talking. As soon as the target sheds at least one tear, the target will be revived in front of the user. The corpse of the target transforms into white pigeons.
- Usage, conditions and statistics are the same.
