One question. how do you archieved that the stickman has a kinda friction and does not rotate weird.

About that question, im glad you asked because is a problem I faced myself.
In unity, the rigidbody component has a property called angular drag, which is exactly what you said, friction added to the rotation of the object. The higher the angular drag is, the harder is for the character to rotate. So I tweaked that value until I got a result I liked. Thats it!
