I've refreshed the links and tested it. They should be working. From what I can see they seem to be working for others.
I obtained the download link and saved it in MEGA, but when I tried to download it, it prompted me that I needed to recharge again. Why can't I upload it here or somewhere else that doesn't require additional recharge
Just keep it simple like before, I can play it right away
It is exactly as it was before.
