Same problem here: the game shows on my dashboard and it says it's a submission, but it's not showing on the submission page :|
Check and see if you made the game public or a draft. I made mine a draft but realized a little late.

I don't know. You should still be able to edit it I think. I published my game after deadline and it still shows up, but I don't know if it will disqualify me or not. I had the page submitted before deadline, but it was drafted.
