where can I find the snake and the fairy?

This information is available in the Help menu, but I can briefly explain.
Snake is in the Deep Forest (dark green) tiles. It's about 6 tiles up from the starting space. Exact coordinates are available on the Snake's tip page.
Fairy requires that Amelia be willing prey to 2 predators and that at least 10 in-game days have passed.
