Athens/Piraeus, Greece is like that. I once saw a giant staircase to a higher part of the city and it had like 11 cats on it, I wish I could find the picture, but it's from like over a year ago xD

It was a lot of different kinds, the black, tabby, calico, it seemed like all the strays hung out there because the sun hit it in the afternoon, there's also cats ALL over Greece
