how can i unlock the +18 scenes of the fox sisters, the dragon mother and that blonde woman who was captured and in prison? I try to find the places to do the event but I can't, do you have any manuals in the game for these things?

I made a walkthrough for the game but sadly it doesn't contain the requirements for every scene (yet).
Fox sisters require that you find the secret hot spring for their scene (solution for this is in the walkthrough), and that their events are advanced far enough. The first encounter with the blond foxgirl is during Mira's character events.
The dragon mother has her scene at the beach of Amaranthe.
The blond succubus is in the prison below the hidden room behind your bedroom in your castle. You should be able get her scene immediately when talking to her there.
