in previous versions masterbating would get me unstuck, but not in this version. Warframe had a run script that would allow you to respawn outside the area you were stuck in by typing “/unstuck”. Doom Eternal has a pop up mechanic, where you auto jump from the area that you would otherwise get stuck in. You might consider playing around with those options.
