I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our game. We'd like to address some of the issues you mentioned and provide some clarity:
- Performance: We've put a lot of effort into optimizing the game for mobile performance. It was tested on a Samsung M13, which is considered a low-end device. Could you please let us know your phone model so we can better understand the issue?
- Difficulty: The number of hits you can take before dying, which is typically 5 hits, depends on the type of enemy you're facing. We acknowledge that our game isn't the easiest out there. Our inspiration was Hotline Miami, which is significantly more challenging than our game.
- Controls: We understand that mobile controls for a top-down shooter can be tricky and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
- Platform Recommendation: For the best experience, we recommend playing the game on a PC with a keyboard/mouse or a controller. The gameplay is much smoother and more enjoyable on these platforms.
- Refunds: Unfortunately, we don't have the tools to process refunds directly. Itch.io currently doesn't support this feature.
