i've seen people put 1 block gaps in their levels but i dont know how to complete the levels

Run up to the gap, then press crouch to crouch under the gap.

For vertical gaps, only Leafy can fit into 1-block gaps.

yes but when i try to crouch on horizontal gaps i get stuck

Just crouch-jump while pressing a left or right key
