Air link is my reccomendation, you'd need the "Meta" app on your PC and a good wifi connection. You could do a link cable, too. That'd also need the "Meta" app. Google can help you from there, I hope, but feel free to ask for more info if needed!
In airlink or virtual desktop you launch the game from your PC and it'll start the VR mode in your headset, your Quest doesn't need to know where it is.
