oh all you gotta do is talk to the brown cat at the boarder(to get quest) then go to fallen clan camp entrance and talk to the black and white Tom he will tell you that you can get a stone later (later means around the same time the next day) and then you can click on the stone and they you gotta walk it back to where you gotta put it, hope that helped :)
