They are in that zone but that is not a trash pile it aloso requires sur leveled to appear but they look like black piles of trash if you interact some stuff will come out usually bugs, dried semen ,rats poop and trash but rarely you can find a baby usually a goblin baby and even more rarely its human the only thing you can do with these is cook them for food or sell to elise in case of goblin
