Would be a sight to behold tbh. Maybe add egg laying cutscene after which an enemy type of the same race that impregnated you will spawn from the egg after a certain period of time has passed? The color of the egg could also be the same as the enemy that succeeded in impregnating the mc like green for goblin etc so you know what to expect.

Alternatively maybe add, animation of egg fertilization by sperm of enemy species (goblins, minotaurs, etc.) after heroine kicked out dungeon
