Can I ask how you got Bugbear's fail ending? I've tried his route once or twice already for the success one but I wasn't even aware he has his own fail route.
Yes, of course. In my case, I tried to get lower favorability than the success requirement, only 1 instead of 3+ in particular. And every character has their own fail and success endings. Hope this helps!
