Unfortunately, some items are not available for purchase in the BETA version, including anal plugs, cosmetics, and laundry gel. These items are used for other big game mechanics that we are still developing. And we will add them with an update soon.
We will be revising the dialog design. But could you clarify about the black rectangle on the back? Do you mean the dialog background? Or is it a graphical bug?
Yes, when working "interesting" sound effects are really lacking. We will try to diversify the sounds to keep your ears entertained :D
In general, gameplay consisting of clicks can get boring quickly. So with each update we want to bring more and more variety. Thank you very much for your feedback! We really appreciate it.
