I was really curious by the splash art to play the game, so well done on putting that together. I was also glad that I didnt need to deal with download files and could just play a web version, however that had some scaling issues (see screenshot). If I didn't put it in full screen, I couldn't read the text.
The gameplay was smooth and clear, however I felt like space bar is intuitively jumping so I mistook shooting and jumping quite often for each other. I only tried the impossible mode, as I wanted to see the interpretation for the theme. Insta death makes sense, but I hoped to see something else in a magical setting. The audio was a nice touch though.
Cute and simple, definitely fitting for this jam!
