Yes, it should be applicable to new patch and, yes, normal files app should do the work too since you don't have to extract it.
on phone storage > android > data > lustful.sin > files > saves- paste it there. Make sure the save file was named quick-1-LT1.save
And last question is it applicable with Ver 0.5.4. ? This is my first time doing this 😅
