Hi @kijo, I bought your bundle but I did not get the premium bundle, I guess. Is that expected? The only file I can access is the coffee house.

Hi, thank you for purchasing my bundle, i really appreciate it. It’s impossible that you can’t have access to the premium. When you click to download, you have to go to the part where it says “I have already paid for this” and from there you should be able to download the premium version.

Thank you for quick reply. I agree it doesn't seem possible, but here it is. It's probably something with Itch, but I bought the bundle for this one in particular as it looks great. I'd buy the pack individually just to get it, but I'm not sure it would work.

Do not pay for it individually, technically you already have it, you should see this message on the page.

If the problem persists and the message does not appear, you will need to do what I instructed you in the previous comment, which is to go to the “I already paid for this” section and follow the instructions.

If the issue continues, you will need to contact the website support. There is nothing more I can do, I hope the issue gets resolved soon.

Thank you for the help. I do own the pack, but download only takes me to the free one. You're right even if I spend more and again buy the premium, it may not work. I've emailed support. Thanks again very much for helping.

Zero response from support so I guess I'll move on and cannot recommend this particular pack as I'm unable to get anything but a single sprite. The premium pack seems unavailable.

This just happens with this asset pack in particular or with the other asset packs too (from my bundle)? the last thing i can recommend its look out your email, and there search the email from the support@itch.io and enter to the link they sent you from my asset pack.

Only this asset pack from what I can tell.

Well watching how this is looking, i have to do it myself, contact to me via twitter (X) in dm, if you dont have a twitter account, send me an email to my email (ferdamenz89@gmail), to see in more deep this issue and solve this.
